استقرار سیستم نگهداری و تعمیرات با رویکرد قابلیت اطمینان بر روی توربینهای گازی شرکت خطوط لوله و مخابرات نفت منطقه شمالغرب ایران
چکیده: مبحث نگهداری و تعمیرات با رویکرد قابلیت اطمینان بر روی توربینهای گازی شرکت خطوط لوله و مخابرات نفت ایران منطقه شمالغرب نوعی برنامه ریزی نگهداری و تعمیرات می باشد که با استفاده از تجزیه سیستم اصلی (توربین) به زیر سیستم و جمع آوری تعمیرات انجام شده بر روی توربینهای گازی شرکت در سال 1385 ومدل سازی قابلیت اطمینان آنها و همچنین شناسایی خرابی های زیر سیستمها و مشخص نمودن علل خرابیهااستراتژی مناسب نگهداری و تعمیرات برای زیر سیستمهاتدوین گردد. نت پیشگیرانه و پیشگویانه در این رویکرد نقش مهمی را دارند که با استفاد از این شیوه هاو همچنین تجربه چندین ساله محقق در بهره برداری از توربینها می توان به بررسی شرایط فنی زیر سیستمها پرداخت و با تشخص وضیعت آنها از توقفهای برنامه ریزی نشده توربینها و همچنین تعمیرات اساسی زودرس که برای هر توربین هزینه ای بالغ بر دومیلیون دلار در بر می دارد جلوگیری نمود. با توجه به اینکه RCM یک مبحث جدید در صنایع ایران می باشد سعی بر آن شده است که فرایند RCM در این مقاله قدم به قدم مورد اجرا قرار گرفته تا به اهداف مورد نظر دست یافت.
